Do you need freezer in the house?

It does not matter how varied and rich the assortment of grocery shelves in the but no one good hostess will give up the opportunity to prepare for the winter gifts of nature: vegetables, fruits, greens. Classic home preparations are not easy, it takes a lot of time and effort.

It is a fact that in the form of canned food the products lose almost all the vitamins and useful substances - and now the idea of home-made preparations look not attractive.

So how can you provide a family with quality products for the winter, and do not spend all the time at the stove? The solution is a freezer! The freezer [standing-deep-freezer] compartments of refrigerators are too small for this purpose, but a separate freezer will fully meet the needs of your family.

Household freezers are available in two types: vertical and horizontal.
1. Horizontal cameras are like freezers in which they sell ice cream; they have a cover on top, and it opens up.
2. Vertical freezers are externally almost indistinguishable from refrigerators, the height can be from 50 cm to two meters.

When choosing a model, you must pay attention not only to the internal "useful volume" of the camera indicated in the characteristics, but also to the number of shelves, their height - each hostess can have her own preference.

According to the type of defrosting freezers are divided into cameras with manual defrosting, as well as with a modern automatic defrost system NoFrost. Cameras with automatic defrosting are more expensive, but this function greatly facilitates the process of servicing the freezer.

When choosing a freezer, also consider models that have the function of quick freezing: some delicate products require just such a regime for high-quality storage.

What to freeze?
The answer is simple: everything that you love. Vegetables, fruits, boiled mushrooms, greens, meat. Frost perfectly preserves the properties and useful qualities of the products. However, you should remember that after defrosting the cooking time of most fruits varies.

How to freeze?
The main advice - do not freeze dirt and water. In other words, the products must be prepared in such a way that they are: a) clean; b) dry.

For this, berries and vegetables are washed, if necessary cleaned and cut, then dried on a paper towel. Especially delicate foods should be frozen by spreading the dried fruits after washing on a dry wooden board, and then poured into bags or containers, in which they do not snap inconveniently.
